When facing separation or divorce, there are so many matters to sort out, it can be a very stressful time for all involved.  You may be going through so many emotions, from bitter disappointment, a sense of loss, fear, anxiety and often anger.  Sometimes you can feel quite overwhelmed and working through a process of discussing and agreeing a way forward, while stressful at the time, is a necessary part of moving forward with both of your lives.  When you have both worked out ‘how’ and ‘what’ will be done in the future and have reached a point of agreeing on important matters, it will help to relieve some of the stress of the situation and knowing how you will move forward.

Mediation is a process that can help you.  It is difficult for couples going through a separation to talk with each other and to keep focused on what needs to be discussed.  Very often, emotions run too high and the process ends up in a conflict or argument between you and no progress is made.  By attending mediation with us, we will meet with both of you together and individually to help you to work out the best way forward for you.  We will offer you both a safe and confidential environment to identify the issues for you both and will work with you to help you to find solutions and agreements that will help you both to outline an agreement on matters for your separation and/or divorce.

We want to work with you both to help you to find solutions and make a plan that will help you to move beyond the conflict of separation to having an agreement and plan for the future.
